Marketing + Business Intelligent Analyst

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst will be a key contributor to the Marketing team. The Marketing BI Analyst provides information to operational staff and leadership to make data-driven decisions. They efficiently gather report requirements and makes specification recommendations while understanding how analytical insight will impact the business. A successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging software for descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis of our marketing operations. The Marketing BI Analyst will produce analytics to improve the planning, execution, and optimization of digital programs and marketing strategies.
 

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus in an applied context (e.g. applied mathematics, business, economics, or engineering).
  • Must have advanced experience with MS Excel, Google Analytics 360 and SQL.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Business Intelligence visualization tools to analyze data and create reports (e.g. proficiency with financial and database functions, able to create and modify tables and forms, able to create programming logic to produce metrics used in analysis and reports).
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in working with relational data sets, data mining, data warehouse reporting, and predictive analytics. Background in an analytical capacity, evaluating performance of marketing activities and campaigns, and creating predictive models.
  • Working knowledge of customer and marketing analytics including decision tree analysis, predictive modeling, scoring, and strategy building is an asset.
  • An understanding of business process design and re-engineering is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate with peers, cross-functional partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Proven ability to meet deadline

 

  • Produce regular reports on various digital marketing platforms, proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs. Utilize querying and visualization tools to produce reports.
  • Produce reports on marketing campaigns, Google ads and sales activities, performance, effectiveness, and business impact. Perform data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding for many different teams working on marketing channels such as SEM, Display Ads, Social Media, TV/Radio.
  • Champions and further develops best practices for measuring & optimizing marketing activities through data-driven decision making.
  • Communicate with business consultants, agency partners, and sales team to gather and understand requirements, analyze web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on Google Analytics data and the integrations with various enterprise information assets.
  • Extracted data will be manipulated, merged, and analyzed to produce reports, graphs, dashboards, and other output to ultimately reveal performance of our products for internal and external users.
  • Proactively analyzes data to uncover insights and key takeaways that improve business outcomes and return on investment.
  • Serves on cross-functional teams to provide user insights, set KPIs, and monitor results with a consistent goal of improving program outcomes.
  • Continuously learning and evaluating new analytics technologies and stays up-to-date on new trends and tools.
  • A history of delivering actionable insights to stakeholders is desired. Sweat Club is looking for an analyst who wants to go beyond reporting.

Front of House Team

You are the business’ frontline. You are the first point of contact for all clients.

Front desk staff are expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of our business and be able to educate customers on any questions they may have. Working a front desk position at Sweat Club covers many aspects of the business including check-in, cleaning, and sales. A position at Sweat Club is an exciting opportunity to learn and experience working at a growing boutique fitness brand.

During busy times, front desk staff are expected to be able to turn over the heavy bag studio in 10 minutes or less! The clock is ticking and there is no time for slow pokes!

You love people. The Sweat Squad is always growing and there are always new people to meet. Most times the front desk is the first point of contact for all of Sweat Club’s clients. You are the face of Sweat Club. Time to make a fantastic first impression and make sure they have a great experience.

You have a keen eye for cleanliness. At Sweat Club, we run a tight ship. We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness and as front-of-house staff, you are expected to be able to spot even the smallest mess and cleanliness it up ASAP.

Personal Trainer

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join the Sweat Club team. This is an hourly position that is great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing, dynamic fitness organization. Trainers are also expected to be able to complete various physical fitness tasks such as running, jumping, squatting and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time.
