        When we’re boxing, we get SWEATY. Nobody wants to be the stinky one in the studio. Make sure you stay fresh and clean! We recommend having a couple pairs of wraps if you’re boxing regularly.
      • Stay Until the End
        For the safety and experience of all our boxers, we ask that you do not leave the room during class time.  If there is an emergency, please get your instructor’s attention for assistance.
      • Don’t be Too Chatty
        Keep the chatter for after class. No talking during warm up or stretch.

      • Do we wear shoes for Muay Thai class?
        All Muay Thai classes are done barefoot
      • How about the other classes, such as Functional?
        Yes, training shoes are compulsory for Functional and Rave Cave classes
      • Can you tolerate when we come slightly late to class?
        For Muay Thai and Functional classes, we can tolerate up to 10 minutes, but you have to be on time for Rave Cave or you won’t be allowed entry
      • I don’t have my own gloves and hand-wrap, what should I do?
        Sweat Club provides both items for all members, but you’re welcome to use your own. 
      • Do you offer a free trial?
        Everyone gets to have a feel of our class, we offer free trial for PT (Personal Trainer) on appointment, and for first timers only. We also offer First Timer Pass for classes.  
      • I am pregnant, can I do the Sweat sessions?
        If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor or ask to speak to one of our trainers prior to booking the class.
      • I am a beginner level in fitness - will I be okay?
        Absolutely - each class is tailored to all levels of fitness. Our trainers can adapt any exercise relative to your ability.
      • What if I can't do everything in a class? I haven't worked out in a while.
        Don’t sweat it. Our Sweat Squad offer modifications for many of the exercises we do in class, so you’ll have options.

      • Can I pay with cash or debit for my membership?
        Yes, we accept payment with cash and credit/debit cards
      • Do new members get charged more?
        All new members are charged with admin fee – don’t fret, it’s a one-time only.
      • Do I need to create an account?
        Yes. It’s very simple and should take you less than a minute.
      • Do I have to buy a package or a membership?
        No. You can buy a single class if you’re terrified of commitment.
      • Can I share my sweat credits with other members or guests?
        Credits and Sweat Sessions are non-transferable and we do not permit anyone else to book Sweat Sessions using your credits. If you wish to book a friend into a Sweat Session you will have to purchase an additional credit. Your friend/guest would then need to register online and make an account to book their own class.
      • Do I lose my credit if I cancel a class?
        You can cancel a booking up to 6 hours before the Sweat Session to retain your credit. If you cancel outside the 6 hours notice period, you will not be able to use that credit at a later date. We operate to ensure fair booking opportunities to all clients. You may cancel your class by calling us directly.
      • Can we use the Sweat Club website to book Sweat sessions?
        Yes! You can book up to one week prior on our website for your preferred class.
      • How does it work?
        We are a pay-to-train fitness concept offering  studio session variations (Boxing Skills, Muay Thai and and Functional Training) You can purchase individual sessions, packs or our Monthly/Quarterly Membership allowing you access to up to 50 classes a month. Each class is approximately 60 minutes long, and can be purchased ad hoc per your convenience.
      • What clothing should I wear?
        All members and guests are required to wear proper gym attire when exercising. A top is required that covers the chest area. 
      • I have never boxed before, can I still participate in Rave Cave class?
        All levels of boxing, from beginner to intermediate, are welcomed in all our classes. Our expert Sweat Squad will guide you from the first punch to the final knock out.
      • When should I arrive?
        We recommend arriving at the club 10 minutes before class for check-in. Say what’s up to whoever is at the front desk and mention that it is your first time. They’ll get you taken care of.
      • Do you have showers? 
        We do. There are multiple showers in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Towels and bath and body products are also provided.
      • Do you have lockers?
        Yes, we have complimentary combination lockers available.
      • Do you have water or should I bring my own?
        Water is available at our Muscle Bar for purchase. If you’d rather bring your own bottle, we have a filling station in the gym.


    • Gym Routines

      - Can I train with any trainer I want?
      Trainers are subject to availability. Sweat Club suggests you to book in advance

      - How long until I see a difference from the classes?
      Any training platform will show results within 12 weeks alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise.

      - Can I have a copy of your timetable?
      Due to our timetable and Sweat Squad being subject to change, our schedule can only be found online and on Instagram. If a last minute change occurs, we will endeavour to give you prior notice as soon as possible.

      - Will boxing make me too muscular?
      No. Boxing will build lean muscle-mass and tone your entire body. The combination of cardio and strength training will allow you to burn calories without bulking up. With an intense focus on improving core strength, you'll be ready to show off that six-pack sooner than you thought.

      - Is boxing good for me?
      A Sweat Club class is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training),  making it an incredible total body workout. You'll see improved balance and coordination, increased metabolism, and experience the potential to burn up to 13 calories per minute. Our Aqua Bags reduce the impact on your joints, and the shape increases trainer visibility so that you'll never feel lost during class. Our favorite part? The endorphins released during exercise mean that chances are high that you'll walk out feeling happier too.

      - How old do you have to be to take a class?
      We offer special event classes that are suitable for participants of 10 years and above. Birthday parties, corporate gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and book clubs are all welcomed.

      - Can I theme out my own Sweat session?
      We love helping you to make special events, colorful and the most fun they can possibly be. If you require any special items for your class (including but not limited to: theme playlists, props/costumes, refreshments), Sweat Club requires one-week advance notice to ensure we can take the time to prepare for your event.

      - What happens if I lose something in the changing rooms?
      Let reception know as soon as possible so we can check if someone's handed it in. Please remember that your belongings are your responsibility at all times

    • Cancellation Policy

      If you need to cancel your reservation for a class, the reservation must be cancelled at least 6 hours before class begins. If you do not cancel your class by then, or a no-show, a class will be removed from your package, as if you had attended class.

    • Refund Policy

      You agree to pay the Administration Fee as stated in the Membership Agreement. These Fees are non-refundable and have to be paid upon registration as a member. The Administration Fee can change without prior notice.


      -A Member whose membership is terminated by the Management shall forfeit all the privileges of membership immediately, without claim for any refund of his/her initial joining fee or monthly membership charges, other than any monthly membership charges paid in advance.


      -All Personal Training sessions paid for in advance are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.


    • Membership Policy

      a. Membership is personal to the Member and is nonassignable, non-transferable and non-refundable. A Member may not loan his/her Membership card or permit it to be used by anyone. The Management may assign the benefit of these agreements to any person, firm or company at any time without notice to the Members.

      b. Memberships are only considered valid once all required membership details have been clearly entered into and/or attached to the Membership Application Form. The member is required to inform the Club in writing in the event of any change of information. The Management may temporarily suspend a membership in the event of any missing information/documentation.

      c. Membership is subject to the rules of the Club as are from time to time in force and which may be amended by the management at any time. The Management reserves the right to reject an application for membership to the Club for any reason whatsoever.

      d. Upon acceptance, the Member will be issued with a membership card (which shall remain the property of the Company) and the Member shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable by the class of Membership for which his/her application has been accepted. If a membership card is lost or mislaid, the Management will issue a replacement card for a processing charge.

      e. Any Member to enter the Club without a valid membership card will only be admitted at the absolute discretion of the Management.

      f. Membership is only available to those aged 10 or older. Applicants below the age of 17 require approval from a parent/guardian.


    • Terms and Conditions


      1. Physical Condition of Member

      a.The Member warrants and represents that he/she is in good physical condition and that he/she knows of no medical or other reason why he or she is not capable of engaging in active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to his/her health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

      b.The Member shall not use any Club facilities whilst suffering from any infections or contagious illness, disease or other ailment such as open cuts, abrasions, open sores or minor infection, where there is a risk that such use may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort or physical condition of the other Members.

      c.The Member and guests engage in physical exercise and use club facilities at their own risk and are advised to seek the approval of a doctor prior to engaging in any physical activity.

      2. Limitation of Liability

      In consideration for the Management accepting his/her application for membership of the Club, and for he/she becoming and remaining Member of the Club, the Member agrees that:

      a.Neither Sweat Club Indonesia, its associated companies, employees or agents shall be responsible for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions for negligence arising on account of death or due to injury, loss, damage or theft to a members person or property arising out of, or in connection with the use by a Member of any of the services, facilities or premises of Sweat Club Indonesia. The Member hereby holds PT. Klasik Fitnes Indonesia, Sweat Club Indonesia, its associated companies, employees and agents harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by or on a Member’s behalf for any such injuries or claims aforesaid.

      b.Any guest of a member or temporary visitor to Sweat Club Indonesia agrees to abide with the Club rules and the same limitation of liability as a member.

      3. Expulsion of Members

      The Management may terminate the membership of any Member:

      a.Without notice and with immediate effect if the Member’s conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of complaint by another Member or Members, is such that in the reasonable opinion of the Management, it may be injurious to the character or interests of the Club.

      b.Without notice and with immediate effect if the Member shall have committed any breach of these terms and conditions or of the rules and regulations of the Club as are from time to time in force.

      4. Guests

      a.Guests will have the same membership privileges as the Member who introduces them, and will be subject to the same Club rules and limitations of liability as the member. It is the responsibility of the Member introducing a guest to ensure that their guest complies with the Club rules.

      b.The Management reserves the right to exclude any guest from the Club without giving any reason for so doing and may introduce guests to the Club or regulate the charges levied for guest passes from time to time.

      5. Health and Safety

      a.Members should be considerate of other members and wipe down equipment with hand towel and not dominate specific equipment when the gym may be busy.

      b.Instructors are authorized to stop anyone from exercising if he/she is judged unsafe. Users must abide by the instructions of the fitness instructor.

      c.Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Club.

      d.Members or guests may not use the facilities of the Club while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other mood altering substances.


      6. Club Facilities

      a.Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to Members’ locker contents for any reason whatsoever.

      b.For security reasons and to protect the Members and employees in our locations therefore will be monitored by the surveillance cameras (with exception of the locker room). You are not recommended to leave your valuable belongings in the locker room. Sweat Club Indonesia have security cameras which are located outside the locker room. You are advised to put your valuables belongings in the security lockers as mentioned above. Sweat Club Indonesia is not responsible for the loss of goods and belongings inside the club area.

      c.The Management may from time to time wish to show potential Members or others around the Club and allow them to use the Club facilities on a trial basis and reserves the right to do so.

      d.The Member hereby acknowledges, represents and warrants that during each workout, he/she will have at his/her disposal a daily locker to store his/her items. Lockers must be cleared when the member finishes his/her workout.

      e.Any lockers remaining occupied at the end of each day will be opened and the contents of the locker will be held for no longer than 14 (fourteen) days, at which time if not collected the contents will be donated to charity. The contents of the locker will not be subjected to indemnification if not collected within 14 (fourteen) days.


      7. Personal Training

      a.All sessions have to be completed by the expiry date stated on the Personal Training Agreement.

      b.The Club reserves the right to assign a replacement trainer for a member in the event that the original trainer is unavailable.

      c.Cancellation of scheduled personal training sessions have to made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. The booked session will be deemed used in the event that a cancellation is made less that 24 hours before the session. To avoid confusion, non-attendance to a scheduled personal training session without prior notice will be deemed a cancellation within the 24-hour period.

      d.All Personal Training sessions paid for in advance are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.


      8. Others

      a.Children under the age of 8 years are not allowed into the club without the permission of the Management.

      b.Promoting or selling Personal Training sessions or other goods and services by a member to other members is strictly prohibited and will result in the membership termination of the Member in question.

      c.The Management reserves the right to use any individual or group photographs of Members and/or guests for press or promotional purposes.

      d.The failure of the Management or the company to enforce any of their respective rights at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.

      e.These rules shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and subjected to the jurisdiction of Indonesia.

      f.Sweat Club Indonesia will contact the Member from time to time via phone, SMS or email to inform of promotions, benefits of membership and events and may request the Member’s assistance to recommend his/her friends to join Sweat Club Indonesia. 

    • Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.       We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
