AFTERBURN

High Intensity Interval Training designed to blast calories and burn stored body fat long after you finish working out. This class incorporate the use of body weight, kettle bells, TRX, battle ropes and other equipment with a focus on muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

It's time to get strong with suspension straps! This bodyweight exercise requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity to complete the entire workout.

R.I.P.P.E.D

A dynamic workout incorporating functional movement, resistance and cardio training in variety of formats burn fat, tone and build lean muscle! Specifially designed as a freestyle class to keep you guessing and out of your comfort zone.

SWEAT EXPRESS

This 30-minute workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you’ll train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don't do. Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts. You only get 10 seconds of rest between each 20 second bout of exercise, which is one reason it's great for building endurance and getting you in shape.

 

BOOTYLICIOUS

Are you ready for a booty heavy workout? Sculpt, tone and tighten those buns is this high energy booty building class. You will combine cardio and weight exercise focusing on the legs and butt to keep your booty in-check all year round.

PAD DAY

Release your inner fighter- punch, kick and de-stress with various Muay Thai moves! Get your heart rate up even higher by padding one on one with our trainers. Rest assured you will be corrected in your form and movements to progress speedily in this 60-minute class.

RUSH HOUR

This high intensity 75 minutes workout is designed to burn 1.000 calories. Prepare yourself to be sweat drenched with this cardio based Muay Thai drill workout. Warning: Not for the faint hearted! 

FIGHT TO FIT

Get the best of both worlds in this class, which combines Muay Thai and Functional Training. Its high intensity dynamic movements will improve your strength and conditioning in 75 minutes, and also allow you to challenge yourself to break your own barriers.  Question is - are you ready for it?

Hop on board our 45-minute of HIIT- inspired boxing drill workout while the room is illuminated with state-of-the-art lighting along with the best beats by our JBL sound system. Group Training is perfect for you and your pals, maximum 20 people per session – the program will be adjusted accordingly to the ongoing classes we have at the moment.
